DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Cyprus Republic at your closest Akis Express Courier point. However, you can choose shipping to your door step with an additional €3 charge plus applicable VAT.
Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days. Orders are in transit business days only. Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free international shipping on orders over €250. A country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout on orders less than €250.
We currently offer FedEX Express Worldwide for international orders which typically takes up to 3 business days. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only. Due to unforeseen COVID-19 delays or for any other reasons that are beyond our control, ship time is anywhere between 4 to 10 days on top of your pack time. Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
We kindly ask that someone will be at your nominated address to collect and sign for the shipment. Mpleige Ltd cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen orders:
- That are not collected by a receiver.
- If an incorrect address was inputted at the time of making your order and the package is delivered to a wrong location.
- If the order arrives at a temporary location (hotels, AirBnb, holiday apartments, etc) after you have left the premises.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders outside Cyprus, customs duties and/or any other applicable taxes are paid by the Customer.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been packed and ready to be collected, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information.
Please kindly contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.
LOST AND RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the day of the order. In such case you must inform us immediately through email at email@example.com.
Item/s already delivered must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
If you return a product in breach of the above terms, we will not be able to process your request and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.
We will only accept the return if the following requirements are met.
- Item/s must be in original condition, including packing, tags, sanitary labels and hygiene seal.
- Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Mpleige reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair, perfumes or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Mpleige cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel you return back to us. Please make sure the customers full identification (full name, address, telephone number) and order number if present on the outside and inside of the package.
*Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
* Return approved items (see “Return Requirements”) are refunded, net of the cost of delivery and transaction fees.
MAKE A RETURN
Once you have ensured your return meets all the conditions of our returns policy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the problem / change / refund you want to proceed with and to ensure the item/s you wish to repurchase are available.
Please allow 4-5 days for processing.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
Returns and exchanges are NOT free. The shipping cost of returning any item/s are NOT covered or reimbursed by Mpleige.
Return approved items (see “Return Requirements”) are refunded, net of the cost of delivery and transaction fees.
***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as Mpleige cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
RETURNS ON DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS
Mpleige does not accept returns on discounted sale items. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Any faulty items, after inspection and approval by Mpleige will result in a refund of both the item and shipping costs, if this item cannot be exchanged or replaced.
